arise Residency: Lauren Bachmann

In August, Lauren Bachmann will spend a week at Parkhotel Mondschein as Sound Healer in Residence. Originally from the United States and now based in Nuremberg, the yoga teacher and sound alchemist will offer daily sessions using sound instruments to create moments of release and conscious connection with oneself.

Sound healing works with sounds, frequencies, and vibrations that can guide body and mind into a deeply relaxed state. The sessions help reduce stress, restore inner balance, and create space for renewed energy - supported by sound, atmosphere, and mindful presence.
