At the 9th Ahrntal Graukäse Days, culinary enjoyment takes centre stage. Under the motto “Teldrarisch zu Tisch”, 12 participating establishments invite you to discover the diversity of regional cuisine and Ahrntal Graukäse through delicious specialities and creative culinary creations.

• Grand opening celebration in Luttach on Saturday, 5 September 2026
• Culinary specialities at 12 participating establishments
• Cooking workshop with Ahrntal culinary ambassador and award-winning chef Tina Marcelli
• Guided hike with culinary insights
• Tastings at various partner businesses
• Further culinary events and experiences
• Exclusive closing evening featuring a 5-course menu centred around Graukäse

A culinary journey through the Ahrntal Valley – regional, authentic and entirely dedicated to Graukäse.
