From Grain to Bread!

The Trudner Horn / Monte Corno Nature Park Visitor Center is housed in an old elevator mill. For this reason, special attention is paid here to the old traditions of rural life and farming.

On the bread baking days, we bake typical South Tyrolean bread using grain milled in the restored elevator mill, following traditional methods.
