For a day full of enthusiasm and well-being

We’ll be meeting to:
- welcome the dawn: a ‘Yoga Style’ approach to experiencing the magic of the sun rising over the Dolomites
- enjoy a traditional South Tyrolean breakfast
- go on a hike in the spirit of Yoga Walking: breathing techniques, simple physical stretches and guided relaxation sessions

A lunch break at a mountain hut is planned

Please bring trekking poles!
