An experiential gathering devoted to the breath as a pathway of listening and a return to oneself.
The breath is with us every day, yet it is often only partially inhabited. In this workshop, it becomes the vessel for a journey into the body, understood as a living home, composed of many rooms: physical, emotional, mental, and one more subtle still.
Through guided, accessible practices, the breath reveals itself as a tool for awareness, an anchor to the present moment and a daily resource—one that can support us even when the sea of emotions is in turmoil.
