For the Alaris Ensemble, featuring the two South Tyrolean musicians Katharina Egger and Nathan Chizzali, it is a special mission to bring remarkable treasures of music history to the stage through their passion for chamber music. This time, the four musicians present a programme dedicated to Johannes Brahms: Piano Quartet No. 1 in G minor op. 25, together with special musical gems by Brahms’ contemporaries.
The four musicians of the “Alaris Ensemble” met at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich. Their shared passion for chamber music inspired them to collaborate in the piano quartet formation.
Ani Takidse – piano
Amy Park – violin
Katharina Egger – viola
Nathan Chizzali – violoncello
