Fohlenhof Farm - A truly unique Experience

Laas/Lasa, Vinschgau/Val Venosta

Our historic farm was built around 200 years ago by the Austrian Emperor and has a fascinating story to tell. During the tour, you'll gain insights into the history of the Haflinger horses, the famous Lasa marble, and traditional farming in the region.

You'll also discover how a fine spirit is produced – from cultivating the fruit to the finished distillate. Learn the art of proper spirit tasting, how to identify the fruit's characteristic aromas, and how to recognize possible imperfections.

Registration: By 5:00 PM on the day before the tour.
