This hike takes us across the alpine meadows of the Lüsner Alm. Here, you can watch as the sun slowly sets and bathes the Dolomite peaks in a deep red glow.
We sharpen our senses and soak up the tranquillity of the forest. In an age of constant connectivity, haste and stress, we have forgotten how to be present in the here and now. Through guided exercises, we breathe in the crisp mountain air. Various sensory exercises allow us to experience the sound of the stream or the scent of the forest in all their intensity. Meanwhile, Herta Maria shares fascinating stories about Lüsen’s places of power.

    From Lüsen Dorf to Lüsen Berg
    Please register by 12.00 am on the day of the event at the latest
    Suitable clothing and footwear, water and perhaps some snacks
    In case of cancellation, a return of the participation fee is possible only if the cancellation is made before 12 a.m. the day of the event. If the cancellation is made by the participant after 12 a.m., the costs are charged 100% to the participant. In case of no show no other offer can be made use of and no money will be refunded.
    In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. The event must be paid in advance online or in one of the tourist offices. Payment on site is not possible.

    The tour is offered in german and italian language.
