Carnival in Laives

47th carnival parade in Laives/Leifers

Themed carnival floats, special dances and choreographies, sweets, fun, and a colorful array of costumes: the grand Carnival parade has become a tradition and an integral part of the community in Laives.

Program:
10 am | carnival floats on display along via Kennedy (from the intersection with via Dante to the Eurospar supermarket)
1:30 pm | start of the parade in via Kennedy, Laives/Leifers
4 pm | arrival of the parade in Pineta/Steinmannwald with subsequent award ceremony with music and refreshments until 8 pm on the piazzetta Don Domenico Penner.

A shuttle train will provide free and continuous service on the Laives - Pineta route until the end of the event.
In the park at Pineta there will be entertainment for children and a best mask contest will take place.

In the event of bad weather, the event will be postponed to Sunday 15th February 2026.
