Mountain Run Kaltern-Mendel/Caldaro-Passo Mendola

In 1983, the Kaltern Running Club organized its first provincial mountain race. The start and finish were in St. Nikolaus. Volksbank was secured as a sponsor for the event and has supported the race ever since. Since 1986, the mountain race has taken place from the valley station of the funicular in St. Anton up to the Mendel Pass.

The event will take place on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

09:30: Start of all categories
11:30: Awards ceremony

Course Description
The course runs from the train station in St. Anton along the old Mendel trail to the Mendel Pass. It is approximately 4.7 km long with an elevation gain of 860 meters.
