Hike from Saltaus along the Schildhöfe trail with a history expert and concluding with an autumnal lunch
On a hike you will embark on a journey through time and the history of the traditional Schildhöfe farms in the Passeiertal Valley. From Saltaus, the former customs station of the Counts of Tyrol, the hiking trail leads through woods, meadows and chestnut groves to the Schildhöfe farms and back to Saltaus along the Passer path. At the end of the hike a autumnal lunch awaits you at the restaurant of Camping Passeier.
Walking time: approx. 2 h | Difference in altitude: approx. 200 m
The event will be in German and Italian.

• Bus line 240 from Merano towards Moos/Pfelders
• Bus line 240 from Pfelders/Moos towards Meran
• Bus line 241 from Rabenstein/Stuls towards Moos
• Bus line 239 from Jaufen Montain Pass/Walten towards St. Leonhard

Parking is available on site.
Hiking clothing, hiking shoes, sun and rain protection and drinks for the hike!
The cancellation of the booked service can be made until 3 p.m. the day before.
