Autum hike on Salto

Schenna/Scena, Meran/Merano and environs

This week, the guided hike takes us to the Salto.

The bus takes us via Mölten to Langfenn. On the beautiful larch meadows of the Salto we hike towards San Genesio and then descend to the Tschaufenhaus and Verschneid, where the bus is waiting for us.

    Everything you need to know

    Tourism Office Schenna
    Meeting point is the tourism office Schenna. (Erzherzog-Johann-Platz 1/D), parking is available the centre. Access by public transport: Bus line 231 from Merano (bus stop approx. 50 m away).

    Hiking boots, weather protection, something to drink.

    Simply bring your water bottle with you – in Schenna you can fill it directly from the tap before your hike and along the way at the many drinking fountains with high-quality mountain water.
    The ticket can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before the hike, after which 50 percent of the ticket price will be charged. For cancellations on the day of the event and in case of no-shows, no refund will be given.
    The ticket includes guided tour and bus ride.
    The hike will only take place if the minimum number of participants is reached.
    Bringing animals is not allowed.
