Moving in the Mountains – Guided Hike with a Physiotherapy Focus
Stilfs/Stelvio, Vinschgau/Val Venosta
Theme of the Day: Physical Activity in the Alpine Environment
from
center
This full-day hike leads into higher alpine terrain around Sulden. Accompanied by Patrick Kupelwieser, physiotherapist, the focus is on mindful and efficient movement in the mountain environment. Along the route, practical guidance is provided on walking technique, posture and joint-friendly movement.
The hike combines physical activity with a deeper understanding of movement in alpine terrain. Breaks are used purposefully to reflect on physical load, stability and efficient movement patterns. The aim is to promote a safer, more conscious and sustainable approach to hiking in the mountains.
The tour has a sporty character and requires a good level of basic fitness.
