In the heart of Aldino, a remarkable cultural treasure awaits. The Village Museum is home to the famous Treasure of Thalhof – an outstanding collection of Baroque and Rococo sacred art that remained hidden for decades in the attic of a historic farmhouse. Exquisite chalices, sculptures, paintings and rare liturgical books reveal the deep faith, artistic craftsmanship and rich history of the village. Paintings, coins, medals and portraits from private collections complete the exhibition, offering visitors a fascinating journey through the cultural heritage of South Tyrol.
