Breathing among the Peaks – Guided meditation experience

Treat yourself to a rejuvenating experience in the mountains. A 30-minute session of body relaxation, mindful breathing, and guided meditation to restore calm and lightness. Suitable for everyone—no experience necessary. Just bring comfortable clothes, an open mind, and an open heart. Please note! Event held in Italian and English only. English: from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Italian: from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

    Sala Raiffeisen
    The guided meditation experience takes place in the Raiffeisen Room, which can be reached by entering through a door just to the left of the bank and going up the stairs to the first floor.
    At the San Vigilio/San Martino Tourist Offices or online by 5 p.m. of the day before
    The registration can be cancelled free of charge within the registration period by telephone at +39 0474 501037. In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
    The event must be paid in advance online or in our tourist office. Payment on site at the beginning of the event is not possible. The registration is only valid after receipt of payment. Unpaid registrations expire after 2 hours and are automatically deleted.
