Born to Roarr – A Story of Courage and Friendship

The Musical School Bolzano brings two performances to the "Walther von der Vogelweide" Cultural Center, featuring young performers aged 6 to 13. The show is "Born to Roarr. Eine Geschichte über Mut und Freundschaft," a three-act musical drawn from The Lion King.

The jungle is in chaos: everyone fights for themselves and no one listens. To restore order, the animals call a grand election – loud, colourful and full of surprising ideas. While all compete for attention, a young lion watches quietly from the sidelines. On election day, it will become clear who can truly unite the jungle.
The lion chosen as leader will one day become King Mufasa – but his brother Scar is already plotting to seize power. After Mufasa's death, his son Simba, the young prince and rightful heir, flees overwhelmed by guilt. Will he find the courage to return home and face his destiny? A compelling musical about democracy, responsibility, friendship and the eternal circle of life.

This year the group will be accompanied by a live band, and the children will also perform as percussionists on stage alongside Max Castlunger.
