On this walk the 3 main pillars of the Kneipp Therapy are demonstrated: the herb therapy on the herb path, the cold water therapy on the Kneipp path and the disciplinary principle of movement on the energetic path. Experience this adventure together with health trainer Filomena by choosing one of the three paths. Gain interesting and valuable knowledge about the Kneipp Therapy and its effects.     Sustainable with the public transport:
    By Bus 450 to St. Jakob, bus stop Wollbachgisse

    By car:
    In the village of St. Jakob turn left at the crossroads and go on up to the church.
    Parking: in front of the church

    until 18.00 the day before online or at the tourist offices
    Guest Pass (when buying a reduced ticket), walking or gym shoes, pad, towel, sun/rain shelter, beverage
    Tickets can be exchanged at the tourist offices of Ahrntal valley until 4 p.m. of the previous day.
    Instructions and accompaniment of a Kneipp trainer for the duration of the event. When buying the reduced ticket, the valid Guest Pass must be carried, otherwise the difference to the standard price must be paid.
