Charity-Dinner „Game & Forest“ – Enjoy. Give Back.

Enjoy a special evening where regional fine dining meets genuine solidarity. Chef Manuel Pichler from Restaurant Foglium will treat you to an exclusive four-course fine dining menu, prepared together with the participants of the "Wild & Forest" cooking course and finished just before being served. Inspired by local game and forest ingredients, each dish celebrates the richness of the region.

The menu is created using the best seasonal ingredients available, including regional game, fresh vegetables, wild berries and other high-quality local products. As a result, every "Wild & Forest" Dinner is unique and showcases the flavours of autumn.

Only the specially created four-course menu will be served during the evening. To preserve the culinary concept as intended, it is unfortunately not possible to offer alternative menus or individual dietary adaptations (such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free options,...).

The price of €99.00 per person includes a welcome drink, an aperitif with finger food, the four-course dinner, water and coffee.

By enjoying this dinner, you will also support a good cause: all proceeds from the evening will be donated to the South Tyrolean Farmers' Emergency Fund, helping farming families facing difficult circumstances.
