While nature comes to rest in winter, Elisabeth shows you the basics of working with local herbs, and you will stir, grind, sniff and smoke. Whether it's nourishing lip balm, bronchial ointment, healing ointment for muscles and joints, cough syrup or anti-flu tincture – you'll be equipped to deal with all the minor ailments of winter and can take your homemade products home with you, along with a recipe booklet so you can make them again. An effective, sensitive deodorant cream for everyday use is also included. We round off the informative morning with a tea tasting and a small herbal snack.

    Everything you need to know

    Niedersthof
    Turn off at the Kaser petrol station before Lüsen village, heading towards Lüsen Kreuz, and from there continue for approx. 7 km, passing the Sieberlechner and Kreuzner farms. At the bend towards Lüsen Berg, continue straight ahead towards Niedersthof
    within 8.00 pm the day before
    In case of cancellation, a return of the participation fee is possible only if the cancellation is made before 08.00 p.m. of the previous day. If the cancellation is made by the participant after 08.00 p.m., the costs are charged 100% to the participant. In case of no show no other offer can be made use of and no money will be refunded.
    In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. The event must be paid in advance online or in one of the tourist offices. Payment on site is not possible.
    The material costs are an integral part of the tour and must in any case be paid separately on site.
    The tour is offered in german and italian language.
