“Bavarian Madrigals” combines Renaissance, Romantic, and folk music in a unique concert experience. Soprano Katja Stuber, countertenor Franz Vitzthum, and zither virtuoso Gertrud Wittkowsky perform works ranging from the Renaissance to the present day, alongside newly composed settings of Bavarian dialect poetry and playful nonsense texts. Musical virtuosity, humour, and poetic soundscapes come together in a captivating programme full of charm and depth
