On 8 March 2026 at 6 p.m., we invite you to the traditional spring concert at the Kurhaus in Merano – an evening that has become a highlight in the cultural calendar for many.
The programme includes:
⦁ Suite ‘Gayaneh’ by Aram Ilyich Khachaturian – a work full of rhythmic energy and colourful soundscapes.
⦁ ‘Spices’ – a rousing piece in which the two soloists Dominik Palla and Julian Gruber impressively showcase their skills on percussion.
⦁ ‘Brussels Requiem’ by Bert Appermont – a deeply moving work that combines modern musical language with emotional expressiveness.
⦁ Overture to the opera ‘Oberon’ by Carl Maria von Weber – a classic of Romantic music that delights with brilliant melodies and a majestic character.
The musicians, bandmaster Martin Knoll and chairman Thomas Lukas Holzner look forward to seeing you there and wish you a pleasant concert evening in advance.
