During the Dumpling Days, from June 5 - June 7, 2026, the Ratschings alpine pastures reveal their most delicious side.
Set amidst the impressive mountain scenery of the Ratschings-Jaufen hiking area, the alpine huts invite visitors to discover the variety of South Tyrolean dumpling cuisine. During this time, each hut presents different dumpling specialties – freshly prepared, made with regional ingredients and based on traditional recipes.
From classic bacon and cheese dumplings to delicate spinach varieties and creative seasonal interpretations: each hut adds its own culinary touch.
The Dumpling Days combine culinary delights, tradition and nature in a truly enjoyable way!
