The power of herbs, water and scents

Kiens/Chienes, Dolomites Region Kronplatz/Plan de Corones

On a delightful nature walk, we experience fragrant essential oils, ancient knowledge, mindful moments, and regional herbal cuisine.

We immerse ourselves in the power place of "nature" and let our noses be enchanted by the tast of different ethereal oils.
During this original, idyllic walk, we learn about the natural history and the history of the region and its people.
In the mountain pine distillery we experience the processing of the essential oils and the knowledge about their content. Afterwards we dip our feet into a warm mountain pine bath and enjoy these moments of mindfulness in the hay barn. Then we visit the herb garden and finish with a hearty spread of wild herbs on "Sűdtiroler Breatl" (typical bread) and a refreshing drink.
Duration: approx. 3 hours, walking time 35 min
NOT SUITABLE FOR BABY CARRIAGES.
minimum number of participants: 2 persons
maximum number of participants: 16 persons
Start: Elementary-School (in front of the library) Via Huben 36 at 09:00 a.m.
End: at the herb garden "Bergila" at about 12.00 o clock
Costs: with Kronplatz Guest Pass 10,00 €, others € 15.00, Childrens up to 10 years free.
Registration: online or at the Tourist Info Kiens/Chienes until the day before 05.00 p.m.

    Everything you need to know

    Kiens/Chienes elementary-School (in front of the library) at 09:00 a.m.
    Elementary-School (in front of the library) Via Huben 36, at 09:00 a.m. then continue by foot. Free parking available in Kiens/Chienes.

    Trainers or flat walking shoes.
    The registration can be cancelled free of charge within the registration period by email to info@kiens.bz or by telephone at +39 0474 565245.
    In case of cancellation by the organizer, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
    The event must be paid in advance online or in our tourist office. Payment on site at the beginning of the event is not possible.
    The registration is only valid after receipt of payment. Unpaid registrations expire after 2 hours and are automatically deleted.
    Costs: Adults with Kronplatz Guest Pass 10 €; others pay 15 €; children up to 10 years free of charge.
