Every Monday at 5:00 pm, we invite you to the Astra Lab at Hotel Berghang for our new Kaiserschmarren Monday. Watch the professionals in action as they show you step by step how we prepare our fluffy Kaiserschmarren. Simple, relaxed, and made with lots of heart and attention to detail.

Afterwards, enjoy the freshly prepared Kaiserschmarren together with us – accompanied by a glass of sweet wine that pairs perfectly.
Experience a delicious Monday that will make your mouth water.
