Viticulture has been rooted in South Tyrol for thousands of years. Vineyards are part of the landscape, culture and everyday life. On the sun-drenched slopes and along the South Tyrolean Wine Road, wonderful wines grow. In the area around Castelfeder, one grape variety finds particularly favourable conditions and probably also its best possible expression: the Pinot Noir.
