Thomas from the Kaserillalm will personally show you how his cheese is made – a glimpse behind the scenes of traditional cheese-making. Afterwards, treat your taste buds to a tasting of fresh cheese specialities from the dairy itself, perfectly paired with selected wines.

    Kaserillalm, Alm 5 (accessible on foot only)
    Getting to the starting point of the tour is easy and convenient.
    By bus from Klausen/Chiusa or Brixen/Bressanone through Villnöss/Funes valley to Zans (bus stop Zanserhütte). From there in 50 minutes hiking to the Kaserillalm. Online timetable search at www.suedtirolmobil.info/en/

    By car:
    Through the Eisacktal/Valle Isarco to Klausen/Chiusa turn into Villnöss/Funes valley and drive to Zans. There is a paid car park available (car park Zans). From there in 50 minutes hiking to the Kaserillalm.

    In case of cancellation, a return of the participation fee is possible only if the cancellation is made before 12 noon of the previous day. If the cancellation is made by the participant after 12.00 noon, the costs are charged 100% to the participant. In case of no show no other offer can be made use of and no money will be refunded.
    In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded (for example, if the minimum number of participants is not reached).
    *The tasting is an integral part of the tour and must in any case be paid for separately on site by each participant in addition to the participation fee.
