In Italian. The incredible true story that happened to Paolo Calabresi, based on the book of the same name.

"Tutti gli uomini che non sono" recounts the incredible true story of Paolo Calabresi’s transformations into real-life figures. Many remember the extraordinary performance of the fake Nicolas Cage, welcomed at the stadium with full honours by the president of AC Milan, but there were also John Turturro, Marilyn Manson, an African leader and even a cardinal.
Impressive performances, yet they arose in the wake of a series of traumatic events that Calabresi endured in the space of a few weeks, and from which he emerged through an ‘improper’ use of his craft as an actor. A series of events that ultimately encroached on his private life, affecting his large family and, in particular, his relationship with his wife, a key figure played by Carolina Di Domenico.
A ‘comedy of truth’, with humour that is at times side-splitting, which aims to explore complex themes by filtering them through the constant lens of irony, but above all offers a reflection on what we perceive as ‘identity’.
Based on the book of the same name by Paolo Calabresi.
Directed by and starring Paolo Calabresi.
With Carolina Di Domenico.
Produced by Nuovo Teatro, directed by Marco Balsamo.

We suggest using public transportation. From Merano railway station take the citybus lines no. 1 or no. 4 to the ‘Piazza Teatro’ bus stop. The theatre is situated at the Piazza Teatro in the city centre.
There are reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities in the Therme car park.
You will find bicycle parking spaces along Corso Libertà, near the theatre. Take care not to park bicycles and e-scooters carelessly. They can pose a danger to blind and visually impaired people as they create obstacles to safely walking along paths and finding entrances. People in wheelchairs and parents with pushchairs can also be hindered by carelessly parked bicycles. Please use the bicycle parking spaces provided.
