Fresh, healthy and quick: discover easy after-work dishes full of flavour, ready in no time and perfect for a relaxed, enjoyable evening.

After a long day at work, you still want to enjoy something good? It’s easier than you think. In this course, we show you how to prepare light, fresh and everyday-friendly dishes in no time – without stress but full of flavour. With quick techniques, balanced ingredient combinations and practical tips, you’ll create an after-work kitchen that does you good.

Together, we prepare among other dishes:
• Colourful vegetable stir-fry with sesame & lime
• Tender pan-fried fish fillet with herb oil
• Quick chicken breast with lemon–thyme jus
• Couscous bowl with roasted vegetables

To round things off, we enjoy the freshly cooked dishes in a relaxed atmosphere – accompanied by a glass of wine.
Cook light, enjoy mindfully – perfect for any evening after work.
