Mindfulness walk with Herta Maria through fragrant Swiss stone pine forests and alpine meadows.

On this meditative walk, you’ll immerse yourself in the wonderful, unspoilt natural world and consciously experience, with all your senses, the power of the Dolomites, the trees, shrubs, flowers and herbs. We breathe in the pure, crisp mountain air and let ourselves be guided by the murmur of the stream, the song of the birds and the scent of Swiss stone pines and meadow flowers. The final foot bath in the clear mountain stream refreshes body, mind and soul, leaving us feeling deeply at peace.

    Everything you need to know

    hiking shuttle "Würzjoch", see boarding options in the schedule
    Take the hiking bus from Lüsen towards Würzjoch until the Kalkofen stop
    Please register by 5.00 pm the day before at the latest
    Suitable clothing and footwear, water and perhaps some snacks
    In case of cancellation, a return of the participation fee is possible only if the cancellation is made before 5 p.m. of the previous day. If the cancellation is made by the participant after 5 p.m., the costs are charged 100% to the participant. In case of no show no other offer can be made use of and no money will be refunded.
    In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. The event must be paid in advance online or in one of the tourist offices. Payment on site is not possible.

    The tour is offered in german and italian language.
