Explore the deep connection between body and mind. Under the guidance of Dr. Thomas Bernagozzi, psychologist and certified mindfulness trainer, you will learn how to promote your physiological well-being by retraining your mind. With the help of meditation techniques, you will find a direct way to get in touch with nature.

The event will take place at 10:00 a.m. in Italian and at 1:30 p.m. in German.

    Tickets can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours before the start of the event via email at info@eggental.com or by telephone at +39 0741 619 500.
    In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
    The event must be paid in advance online or in one of the tourist offices. Payment on site is not possible.
