This yoga and movement session gently brings the first day to a close. Through simple, releasing movements, the body is consciously moved and relaxed after time spent outdoors. The focus is on noticing tension, allowing movement to settle and deepening the sense of arrival into the week.
The session builds on the impressions of the day and creates a calm transition into the evening. It is offered without any focus on performance and is suitable for all participants, regardless of prior yoga experience.
All exercises are adapted to the group and guided at a relaxed pace.
