Cooking Event at the “Roter Hahn” Cookery School: „Sapori d'alta quota“

Using carefully selected ingredients that grow only at high altitudes, you will add exclusive flavours to your dishes and be amazed by these surprising creations. 100% mountain farm – at over 1,500 m, vegetables, berries and herbs grow slowly, developing intense flavours. Cattle, sheep and goats enjoy the fresh mountain air and the lush grasses of the alpine meadows. The result: exceptionally high-quality meat and flavourful alpine cheese, accompanied by potatoes and fresh salad grown in small, steep fields.

Event Description
The event includes the preparation of a four-course menu using local ingredients sourced from South Tyrolean mountain farms. Experienced chefs, highly knowledgeable about South Tyrolean cuisine, will guide you throughout this culinary farm-to-table evening and provide valuable inspiration for (re)discovering dishes.

At the Cooking School, you will also discover plenty of useful tips and tricks. Here, you can not only get hands-on in the kitchen, but also enjoy the dishes you have prepared throughout the evening. Served around the large table, the “tavolata”, and paired with selected wines, the dishes you have prepared will become the highlight of the evening.
