The South Tyrolean Peter Kofler first studied in Bolzano and then in Munich. He combines his many years of work as organist of the Jesuit Church of St Michael in Munich’s city centre with an international concert career. As a permanent fixture of Munich’s musical life, he has performed with numerous orchestras and under conductors such as Mariss Jansons, Riccardo Muti, Sir Simon Rattle, and Bernard Haitink. In Eppan, he will perform works from the Baroque period and the 20th century on a chamber organ together with three string colleagues.
