Discover the enchanting beauty of the Dolomites, UNESCO World Heritage. Snowshoeing through untouched nature, you'll experience the peaceful silence of winter and take in breathtaking mountain landscapes. Medium-difficult guided snowshoe hike through the Störes woods and meadows to the Pralongiá, with views across the plateau. Itinerary: Sciaré - Störes - Sciaré Difficulty: medium-difficult Meeting: 9.30 a.m. San Cassiano, car park Cross-country skiing centre Alta Badia Return: approx. 3.00 p.m. Distance: approx. 4 km Altitude diff.: ↑↓ approx. 600 m Domestic animals and strollers are not allowed. Information and reservation at the tourist offices or online within the day before (limited places).

    Everything you need to know

    Car park Cross-country skiing centre Alta Badia
    Follow the SS244 Val Badia road towards La Villa and continue on road SS37 to San Cassiano for approximately 7 km until you reach the Cross-country skiing centre Alta Badia. In order to encourage sustainable mobility, choose environmentally friendly means of transportation, such as public transport. Reach the meeting point by bus: bus stop Sciaré (San Cassiano), Badia - line 465.

    Bring the confirmation of the reservation (also in digital format). For a safe snowshoe excursion, it is necessary that you wear appropriate winter trekking shoes (except moon boot) as well as sportswear suitable for the weather conditions. Remember to pack a backpack with your essentials: a water bottle, sunscreen, a beanie, gloves and also energy snacks to recharge your batteries along the way.
    The refund will be made with a medical certificate or if the event is cancelled by the Alta Badia Tourism Cooperative.
