Look forward to an exquisite 4-course menu prepared with regional ingredients sourced from South Tyrol’s farms. Experienced culinary professionals with extensive knowledge of South Tyrolean cuisine will guide you through an enjoyable evening, sharing inspiring ideas and practical insights into both traditional and contemporary recipes.

In the kitchen of the Roter Hahn Cooking School, you will learn valuable techniques, tips, and tricks while actively participating in the preparation of the dishes. After cooking, you will enjoy the meal together in a convivial atmosphere at the large communal table, the “Tavolata.” The experience is complemented by a carefully selected wine pairing.
