As part of a tour of the point of sale of the speck producer "Moser Speck", participants will learn about the history of South Tyrolean speck. You will also learn about the individual production stages of Speck Alto Adige PGI. You will also have the opportunity to taste the specialty and discover the subtle sensory differences. In short, you will gain a deep insight into what is probably South Tyrol's most typical quality product.
