This guided hike with Helga Egger combines nature experience, regional knowledge, and a sense of slowing down. By bus from Welschnofen | Nova Levante, we reach the famous Lake Carezza and from there begin our easy hike towards Stadlalm, surrounded by the unique mountain scenery of the Rosengarten and the Latemar.

Step by step, we discover the herbs and plant life of the Dolomites: which plants have a calming effect, which strengthen the immune system, and which are traditionally used in ointments and tinctures. Alongside fascinating stories about trees and special natural sites, you will gain valuable insights into local herbal knowledge.

Enjoyment, knowledge, and immersion in nature merge into a truly special experience. The return route follows hiking trail no. 10A back to Welschnofen | Nova Levante.

Start: 09:30 am, bus stop Welschnofen | Nova Levante centre, by bus to the Lake Carezza (bus ticket excl.) | Duration: 5 h | Walking time: 3 h | Difference in altitude: ascent: 137 m, descent: 524 m | Length: 10 km | Difficulty: easy-medium | with refreshment stop at the Stadlalm hut if open (not included) | it is recommended to bring a lunch pack and drinks | Equipment: trekking shoes, warm clothing, headgear, rain protection | Costs: transport by public bus | Price participation: Euro 10.00/adult; Euro 5.00/junior (6-13 years) | Number of participants: min. 2, max. 15 | Booking & info: until 05:00 pm the day before the event at the tourist offices, tel. +39 0471 619 500 and online at eggental.com/events

    Getting to the starting point of the tour by public transport is easy and convenient.

    By public bus line:

    It is recommended to bring a lunch pack and drinks.
    Equipment: trekking shoes, warm clothing, headgear, rain protection.
    Tickets can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours before the start of the event via email at info@eggental.com or by telephone at +39 0471 619 500.
    In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
    The event must be paid in advance online or in one of the tourist offices. Payment on site is not possible.
