Stimulating showers, invigorating foot baths, water immersion, and walking barefoot make this Kneipp tour a special experience.

Health and Kneipp trainer Annemarie invites you and introduces you to the five therapeutic principles of Sebastian Kneipp. You will learn how refreshing and warm water applications can contribute to a better sense of well-being and support your health, and how to easily integrate them into your daily life at home.

You will also learn about valuable wild plants and their applications, which you can sample in a green drink and a herbal taste test.

    By car: as far as Tribusplatz in Mitterlana and continue via St. Agathaweg to Vettererhof. Parking available.

    By bus: Line 211 Lana-Meran or line 215 Citybus Lana to bus stop Tribusplatz in Mitterlana, then 5 minutes walk to the Vettererhof.
    Tourist office Lana, online
    If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the Tourist office will cancel free of charge.
    In case of cancellation, the participation fee can only be returned, if the cancellation is made within 3.00 p.m. of the previous day.
