Olympic Torch in South Tyrol

On 27 January 2026, the Olympic Torch will pass through South Tyrol as part of its journey across Italy. A special highlight will be its stop at the Biathlon Centre in Antholz, where the flame will be honoured in a ceremonial celebration.

The Olympic torch relay will start at 12:30 p.m. at the pavilion in Oberrasen and continue to Niederrasen, where the torch will arrive at 12:55 p.m. at the intersection past Steiner butcher’s shop. The torch will be accompanied by a convoy of various vehicles stretching approximately 700 meters – a unique and atmospheric experience for all spectators.
