What to expect

During a leisurely walk through the forest alongside a picturesque stream, you will get to know the five elements of the Kneipp philosophy in a relaxed and hands-on way. At the end of the walk, we will enjoy a healthy snack together, prepared according to Kneipp nutritional principles, in a peaceful outdoor setting.
