Elisabeth Zwick began her artistic career in Venice in the late 1980s. Since then, she has worked across a wide range of disciplines, including drawing, painting, stone carving, sculpture, and Chinese calligraphy. Extended stays in Italy, Germany, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom, as well as travels throughout China, have significantly shaped her artistic style.
As an art therapist, Zwick combines her creative practice with a profound understanding of art’s transformative power. Literary themes and motifs play an important role in her work, inspiring series such as The Weird Sisters (2023–25) and The Sorcerer’s Apprentice (2026).
