The Fane Festival is one of the highlights of the summer season and a popular gathering for locals and visitors alike. Following the traditional open-air Mass, guests can enjoy regional specialties such as dumplings, Kasnockn, Tirtlan, and strudel. Live music, traditional Schuhplattler performances, and a varied children's program create a lively atmosphere and make the festival a memorable experience for the whole family.

Everything you need to know
If you are arriving by car, drive to the end of the Vals Valley, where you will find the Fane Alm parking area. From there, a paid shuttle bus will take you to Fane Alm.
If you are hiking, you can reach Fane Alm from Vals via the Milchsteig Trail. Experienced hikers can also take the Jochtal cable car to the Jochtal mountain restaurant at 2,007 metres and continue on the Rotensteiner High Trail to Fane Alm.
