International Museum Day

The International Museum Day will also take place in South Tyrol on Sunday, May 17, 2026.  The aim of International Museum Day is to draw attention to the thematic diversity of museums worldwide. With their diverse offerings and innovative ideas, museums make a great contribution to our cultural and social life. The event is organized annually by the International Council of Museums ICOM worldwide. The motto proclaimed by Icom - International Council of Museums for the 2026 edition is: "Museums unite a divided world".


The LUMEN Museum at the top of Kronplatz also cordially invite visitors to discover and visit their rarities.
