A genuine high-altitude delight, set in the very heart of the Dolomites. In a welcoming mountain dairy, guests will enjoy a guided tour to learn about cheese production, followed by a tasting of selected local cheeses led by flavour experts. Two wines – one from Trentino and one from South Tyrol – will accompany the tasting, chosen to create an authentic harmony of mountain flavours. Language: English (in collaboration with the Wine & Flavours Routes of Trentino)
