It was said to be “of unique musical importance” when Lucas Debargue did not win the Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow in 2015. Part of the jury ultimately distanced itself from the final result, attesting to the French pianist’s extraordinary talent. Together with Sergey Krylov, one of the most eminent violinists of our time and a student of Salvatore Accardo, works by Ravel and Bartók will be performed, as well as Beethoven’s Kreutzer Sonata—an expressive and virtuosic work once considered impossible to play.
SPECIAL: At the end of the concert, you are cordially invited to an exclusive flying dinner in an elegant atmosphere at Castel Freudenstein. You will have the opportunity to round off the evening in the company of the artists, enjoying refined finger food and a warm main course. Beverages are included.
