Hike from Moos to the Stieber Wasserfall waterfall and Bad Sand, exploring nature, the water world and the lost spring
Together with a nature park guide, we explore the wild water world around Moos. The hike leads from the village to the roaring Stieber Wasserfall waterfall, where the Pfelders stream plunges in two powerful cascades into the valley below. Along the way, we experience special light conditions, fascinating insights into the formation of the landscape, and the diverse nature of the Texel Group Nature Park. We continue towards Bad Sand, where a sulphuric healing spring once existed and was used in the past for bathing and drinking cures. Today, only a few traces remain of this lost spring, hidden in the middle of nature. The return route leads comfortably back to Moos.
