Mühlbach/Rio di Pusteria, Brixen/Bressanone and environs

Follow our herb expert on this walk through the Altfasstal valley and learn about important herbs, how to identify them and how they can be used as food or natural remedies. A stopover at an Alpine hut will give you the chance to use the herbs collected to prepare a delicious, nature-inspired meal as well as an all-purpose healing ointment to take home with you. An ideal souvenir for when you’re out and about.
