Body, mind and soul united in wonderful harmony - our yoga instructor will show you how in this inspirational class in the gardens of the Gaudententurm residence. Surrounded by historic walls, fresh air and the calming sounds of birdsong, we will learn how to open our minds, recharge our batteries and together find peace. In a harmonious sequence of asanas (body postures), we will direct our awareness to our breathing and practice meditation. And quickly notice how the soothing silence in us activates new vitality and enables our soul to relax. A wonderful experience for anyone who has not yet ventured into the healing world of yoga, but also for all those who are already very familiar with it.

    Everything you need to know

    Tourist Information Office Partschins

    The Tourist Office Partschins/Parcines is located next to the Raiffeisenkasse bank.

    From Meran/o: Bus to Partschins/Parcines (Busbahnhof/Autostazione) - follow the Via Gaudententurmstr. for approx. 200 m

    From Vinschgau valley /Val Venosta: train to Töll/Tel – from there the Bus to Partschins/Parcines (Busbahnhof/Autostazione) - follow the Via Gaudententurmstr. for approx. 200 m

    by 6 PM on the previous day online or at the Tourist Information Office Partschins or Rabland
    Comfortable clothing appropriate for the temperatures. The event takes place outdoors!

    In the event of a cancellation, the participation fee can only be refunded if the cancellation is made within the registration deadline, in writing to info@partschins.com or by phone at +39 0473 967157.

    If there is rain or a thunderstorm, the event cannot take place. The participation fee will be fully refunded.

    A certified Yoga instructor guides you through the meditation with instructions and relaxation exercises. Gymnastics mat and blanket are provided.
