Saint Martin's Day

On 11 November 2025, St. Martin's Day will be held in St. Martin/S. Martino, celebrating the holy patron saint of the village. Programme: At 9 pm, the festive service will take place in the parish church. Afterwards, a brass band of the St. Martin's music band plays a concert on the village square, and the St. Martin's market also takes place. At 5:30 pm the traditional St. Martin's procession starts through the village to the village square. After the reception of St. Martin on the village square, St. Martin's songs will be sung by the kindergarten and primary school children and the St. Martin's play will be performed. Afterwards, the 15th St. Martin's Goose Run will take place, where there are great prizes to be won. Tips for the goose run can be handed in to SKJ members and in the shops of St. Martin. From 5 p.m., the SKJ St. Martin will be serving drinks on the village square.
