Orizzonti Creativi - Monsters, Piglets and Endless Snacks

As part of the Orizzonti Creativi Festival, author and illustrator Simone Frasca brings to life the adventures of Bruno, the main character of his children's books.

Bruno is a boy who hates taking baths and loves sweets – just like his inseparable imaginary friend, a little pig named Giovanni, who protects him from the monsters of the dark. Together, the two get into all sorts of mischief: they have built monsters out of mud, encountered a prehistoric panettone, and organised the grand annual party of invisible friends.

During the event, Frasca will tell these stories while drawing live on a flip chart, giving the audience an insight into his creative process as both author and illustrator.
